Payment is acceptable by credit card (via telephone, fax, Email, postal mail and on-line via secure server), bankers drafts and cheques (only if drawn on UK banks), bank transfers and International Money Orders.

Although we can accept payment for goods from all the countries that we list, we can only actually deliver to those that currently permit the importation of spirits.

The maximum permissible quantity of whisky per consignment is 6 cases of 12 x 70cl bottles within the UK, and 6 x 70cl bottles outside the UK. Larger orders can either be split, or customer-specified for quotation.

UK customers must be no younger than eighteen (18) years of age. Customers outside of the UK must conform to the age requirements of their home country with regard to the purchase of alcohol.

All goods are subject to availability.
Please allow a maximum of 7 days for delivery within the UK, and 10 days for delivery outside the UK.

Goods must be returned unopened and undamaged within 7 days of receipt, at customer's expense, and a refund, minus original despatch costs, will be issued within 7 days of good's return.

All deliveries are insured against both loss and breakage during transit, with all overseas and most UK deliveries being undertaken by DHL Worldwide Parcel Express. Alternative carriers may handle some UK deliveries.

As an extra security precaution, the Cardholder name and address, as submitted with each successfully validated order, is manually checked against registered card account details for any discrepancies.

Irrespective of country of purchase, goods destined for an address within the UK are subject to UK Excise Duty, whereas goods either purchased from, or destined for an address within the UK are subject to UK VAT.

Goods both ordered by, and delivered to, EC customers outside the UK with a valid VAT number for their home country, are exempt from UK VAT, but UK Excise Duty is charged so as to avoid local duties.

With the exception of the UK, orders destined for private individuals or businesses within the EC that do not possess a valid VAT number for their home country, will be charged UK VAT as well as UK Excise Duty.

Goods destined for a country outside the EC are exempt from both UK Excise Duty and VAT, but local import duties may be payable before you are allowed to take receipt of your order.
